Bloor Homes is proposing a new community on land off Whitchurch Road in Chester. Centered around the historic Abbots Well, we are proposing up to 200 high-quality new homes alongside new, publicly accessible green spaces for the local community to enjoy.
We have prepared a masterplan for the site and we’d like to hear views from the local community before we submit a planning application to Cheshire West and Chester Council later this year.
