We held a period of public consultation in June and July 2025 and an outline application was submitted at the end of August 2025. Information boards from the drop-in event can be downloaded here.

Following submission, the Council undertook its own consultation process which engaged statutory consultees and stakeholders.

WHAT’S NEXT?

Updated plans and associated documentation has been submitted to Cheshire West and Chester Council to enable the Council to undertake a further period of consultation, ahead of determination of the outline planning application.
