Your feedback has helped shape an outline application that has been submitted to Cheshire West and Chester Council. The application has now been validated and can be viewed and commented on via the planning portal. The application can be viewed here, search for the planning application reference: 25/02656/OUT.

WHAT’S NEXT?
Cheshire West and Chester Council will now consider the submitted planning application. As part of this process CWAC are undertaking a period of neighbour consultation on the plans until Tuesday 23 September 2025. We will provide further updates as the application progresses.
